UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT seeks to Lease Office Space in non-CBD Philadelphia or King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing 10,250 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet in either of the following delineated areas:
Philadelphia NON-CBD:
North: Germantown Ave. at Allen Lane to West Hunting Park Ave. (Route 13);
East: West Hunting Park Ave. (Route 13) to Ridge Ave. to North 33rd St. to West Girard Ave. to North 34th St.;
South: Walnut St. at South 34th St. to Cobbs Creek Parkway to Market St. (Route 3) to West Chester Pike;
West: West Chester Pike at East Township Line Rd. converting to City Line Ave. (Route 1) to Lincoln Dr. to Allen Lane to Germantown Ave.
or the
King of Prussia area:
North: Route 23 (Valley Forge Road);
East: Route 23 to Swedeland Road to South Gulph Road;
South: Gulph Road;
West: Gulph Road to Route 23.
The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
The offered building must meet or is capable of, but not limited to, the following: i) space must be one (1) contiguous block, with no separating corridors; ii) must be convenient to the visiting public and accessible by the Government at all times;
iii) must have good access to public transportation; and iv) ample free or reduced-price parking.
Expressions of Interest should include the following:
1. Building name and address;
2. Rentable square feet available and rentable rate per square foot;
3. Common Area Factor; and
4. Basic floorplan.
Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
This is not a Solicitation for Offers (SFO), nor a Request for Proposals (RFP).
The government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
