NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT USING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION Department of Veterans Affairs The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Riverton Community Based Outpatient Clinic located in Riverton, Wyoming. The current lease is expiring January 31, 2015. Requirement State: Wyoming City: Riverton Delineated Area: Riverton Minimum NUSF: 5,200 Maximum NUSF: 6,000 Space Type: Clinical All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy, the space is required on or before January 31, 2015. Term, lease term will be 10 years, 5 year base. The Department of Veterans Affairs is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous; otherwise the department of Veteran Affairs intends to pursue a sole source lease acquisition with the current Lessor located at 2300 Rose Lane, Riverton, Wyoming, 85201. The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider the cost of moving, tenant improvements, etc., when deciding whether the Riverton Community Based Outpatient Clinic should relocate.
