Facilities to receive, store, protect and ship one grade of US Government-owned petroleum product (JP8), Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII) and Conductivity Additive (SDA)in the Port Mahon, Delaware area beginning 1 October 2006. Approximately 443,000 barrels (shell capacity) for Turbine Fuel Aviation, Grade JP8 storage within a minimum of two tanks required, interconnected and isolated from other facilities and products handled within the tank farm. Offers should be submitted in accordance with Clause L116.01. Performance period is 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2011.
