The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) desires to lease inSt Tammany Parish 8,800 to 9,950 square feet to house a Community Based Outpatient Clinic for Primary Care and Mental Health services. The delineated area should be within the boundaries of North - Hwy 36, West - Hwy 59, South Hwy 190 along Lake Ponchartrain; East - Hwy 41 to 1-59 to I-10. Space must include a minimum of 50 parking spaces including 5 handicapped. Primary consideration will be given to one story facilities, but multi-story facilities that are ADA compliant will be considered.
