The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space:

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
The offered space:
" This requirement calls for a single, contiguous space presently occupied by the San Bruno Community Base Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), located at 1001 Sneath Lane, San Bruno.
" Shall meet Federal and State Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
" The space shall be fully serviced.
" Hours of operation: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
" Shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
" Space shall not be next to a bar, liquor store or like establishment;
" Space shall not be located near a residential hotel; and
" Space shall not be located near an area where it is known that illegal activities occur such as illegal drugs sales.
" Is preferred to be located on ground floor, if not, elevator must be ADA compliant
Brokers or legal representatives must show written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property.
Expressions of Interest Due: September 9, 2013 no later than 4:00 PM PDT
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Net usable square feet does not include such areas as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules and public corridors, and public toilets required by local code. The Government is limited by law (41 C.F.R. 102-73.55) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space.
A market survey of offered properties will be conducted by VA staff. All interested parties shall respond to this announcement no later than the above Expressions of Interest date and shall include the following:
Building name and address
Location of available space and date of availability
Rentable and net usable square feet rental rate/ psf, specifying services and utilities
"As built" floor plans of offered space
Contact information of authorized representative
