LOCATION: Space must be located within two blocks of the downtown Federal Building in Louisville, KY. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term is for one (1) year beginning June 1, 2007. The Government having cancellation rights after one (1) year.
