VETERANS AFFAIRS SEEKING CLINIC SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease space with approximately 14,014 of usable square feet (NUSF) in the Zephyrhills, Florida area for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). On-site parking of approximately 84 spaces, surface/outside parking spaces, reserved for the exclusive use of the Government in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other governing standards for persons with disabilities. East: Highway 471 West: Highway 579 Potential offerors shall thoroughly and completely read all documents in the solicitation package accompanying RLP 36C248-18-R-0232.
