The PVA is a trade organization that supports the passenger vessel industry by providing advice, representation and a communication channel within the maritime community. The PVA holds an annual conference which brings the various maritime companies together in order to share information. It is the intent of TSA to sponsor a portion of theses conferences in order to promote training and safety within the industry. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTATION. However, if a company has reason to believe that it can meet or exceed all the needs of TSA for this requirement, it may submit documentation to demonstrate capability. Responses are due not later than 400 PM EST, Friday August 4, 2006. Responses received after this date and time are considered untimely and will not be further considered.
