Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Marianas is seeking expressions of interest from Respondents to determine the best course of action to meet the Government’s objective of entering into a long term lease with a tenant to competitively out-lease 1 acre of real property located at the Andersen Water Supply Annex, a.k.a. Tumon Maui Well, Tumon, Guam. . The proposed Lease will be awarded under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 2667, as amended and SECNAVINST 11011.47B. The Lessee will provide a cash and/or in-kind consideration to the Navy not less than the market value of the Lessee’s leasehold interest in the Premises. Ownership of the leased Premises shall remain with the Navy for the duration of the lease term. Offerors shall submit name of respondent and appropriate contact information as outlined in the RFEI.
