The offered space shall be contiguous and on no more than (2) floors. A lease term up to 20-years may be required. The Government requires a minimum of 200 parking spaces. Space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Dawsonville Highway/John W. Morrow Parkway/Queen City Parkway to intersection of Interstate 985 East: Interstate 985 South: Intersection of McEver Road and Lights Ferry Road West: McEver Road/Route 53 Buildings (existing or new construction) offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to demonstrate meeting all current Federal, GSA, VA, State, and Local codes and regulations including, but not limited to fire and life safety, accessibility, OSHA, and seismic protection.
