Ridge becoming E/W Main Street to Egypt Road; W on Egypt Road to Pawlings Road; SW on Pawlings Road to Pottstown Expressway; S on Pottstown Expressway to intersection of County Line Expressway and W. Dekalb Pike. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2006. LEASE TERM: The lease term will be for up to 10 years.
