The building/space must be on a single floor, contiguous, with an open floor plan, and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. The building must be constructed of masonry or concrete. Steel buildings are not acceptable. On-site parking for 160 vehicles is required. Net usable square feet does not include such areas as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules, public corridors and public toilets required by local code. The building must meet certain security requirements as set forth in the Interagency Security Committee Standards and the Department of Justice Security Standards. The building and parking area must be fully accessible meeting all requirements of Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS).
