This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement to provide meeting space, guest rooms, breaks with refreshments, equipment, and material to provide the SCO PD 2006 Conference to be held on July 16 – 21, 2006 in Alexandria, VA. The Hotel facilities offered shall meet the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990 (PL 101-391) and be listed on the Hotel-Motel Master List and meet, at a minimum, the requirements for a Mobil Travel Guide Rating of three stars with a full-service restaurant so the participants will not have to leave the Hotel for meals.
