Department of Veterans Affairs wants to lease space The Department of Veterans Affairs, South Texas Veterans Health Care System, desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield between 3,500 and 4,000 usable square feet in McAllen, TX for use as a Vet Center. The space should be ADA compliant, and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. On-site parking for 20 vehicles is required, four of which must be designated as handicapped. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. Space within the city limits of McAllen, Texas will be considered. VA will conduct a market survey of properties offered for lease.
