GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA), of The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 4,000 BOMA usable square feet of office space, for the Social Security Administration for a term of 10 years, 5 years firm, with occupancy to commence no later than September of 2005. First consideration will be given to locations with in or adjacent to the City Limits of Sheridan, Wyoming. If no offers are received that fully comply with the minimum requirements within the above boundaries, other alternative sites, will be considered.
