The VA currently leases 20,000 net usable square feet (NUSF) of administrative space at 8550 Ulmerton Road, Largo, Florida. The VA intends to continue occupancy at this location in accordance with (IAW) authority outlined in GSAR 570.404 Superseding Leases. However, the VA is conducting a competition for alternative space and will relocate if potential offerors can show the cost advantages of relocation to the Government.
