The General Services Administration of the United States Government is interested in:- Obtaining a site donation
- Acquiring a site with an assignable option
The property must:
- be a minimum of 8 acres in size
- be contained within the following boundaries, which include the Central Business District:
North: North Temple to 200 West to South Temple to 200 East
East: 200 East to 5th South
South: 5th South to 300 West; 300 West to 900 South
West: I-15 to North Temple
OR
- The boundaries of the Salt Lake International Center:
East: Wright Brothers Drive
South: I-80
West: John Glen Road
North: Harold Gatty Drive
- The site will be for development of an FBI Field Office to be constructed for occupancy in 2010. The development to be built requires a 100' setback, cannot be located adjacent to rail lines, schools, overpasses or similar locations.
Expressions of interest must include the following information:
- Plat of the offered site indicating size
- Address
- Legal description
- Identification of existing structures
- Any encumbrances on the land which may affect development schedules
Expressions of interest submitted by agents must be accompanied by documentary evidence of the agent?s authority to represent the owner of the property. Historic locations within the delineated area are encouraged to offer.
