The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Child and Human Development (NICHD) to procure a facility for two (2) days and one (1) night for the Intramural Retreat of fellows and graduate students. The facility must accommodate a meeting room for 105 attendees tables, rounds of 10 approximately 3,000 square feet. We also need an outdoor covered break out room for 50 poster boards. Sleeping rooms for approximately 110 people, shared occupancy but a facility which has no more than 220 sleeping rooms, because we want to maintain an intimate atmosphere at the facility. The meeting will start around 3:00 p.m. on the first day of our arrival and end at 5 p.m. on the day. This shall also cover meals, refreshments, and state-of-the-art audiovisual set-up. The Retreat will be held April 27, 2009 April 28, 2009. The facility must be 50-75 miles from NIH and one that is committed to the values of being a green eco-friendly meeting facility. The theme off the event is Epigenetics and the Environment.
