Description/Specification/Work Statement Scope of Work The contractor shall provide land which can as a minimum support 30 parking spaces beginning no later than September 1, 2008 Specifications The contractor shall provide a plot of land within a 1500 foot walking distance from the rear entrance of the BROPC Building Located at 7968 Essen Park Ave. The area should be accessible from Essen Park Ave and not required the crossing of Essen Lane due to heavy volume of traffic and lack of pedestrian crossings. The land provided by the contractor must be accessible between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Monday through Friday. Also, the land shall provide access to the same employees from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The government shall be responsible for the administration, improvement, maintenance, upkeep and operation of the land. The lease will be for a one year period with (5)-one year options. Properties closet to the BROPC will be given highest consideration. All bids for this contract shall include a map clearly indicating the location of the land.
