This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR part 13, supplemented with additional information provided herein. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under RFQ No. M14PS00071. The United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), on behalf of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has a competitive requirement for meeting space to hold two Lease Sales over the course of the period of performance. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-58. It is the offerors responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
