The US General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 302 square feet (sft) of office space, within the city limits of Wendover, UT. First consideration shall be given for space in the Central Business District (CBD). Property location must be within the boundaries of Wendover city limits. Executive Order 13006 does not direct the Government to sale source under the Competition in Contracting Act. Buildings on the Historic Register, eligible for the Historic Register, or within a Historic district within the delineated area are encouraged to offer. All space must be located at the Wendover Airport. The site MAY NOT be located in the 100 year floodplain. All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Other agency specific requirements are 24/7 access. Building must provide open parking freely accessible to the public on a first floor or basement, partial first floor or basement will not be considered. The building, space, and all parking must be accessible for the physically challenged, meet all fire and life safety requirements and meet federal seismic requirements.
