The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System Readjustment Counseling Service currently leases 4,022 net usable square feet (NUSF) of space at 6798 Crosswinds Drive North, Building A in St. Petersburg, Florida as a Veterans Center. The VA intends to continue occupancy in accordance with (IAW) authority outlined in GSAR 570.402 Succeeding Leases. However, the VA is conducting a competition for alternative space and will relocate if potential offerors can show the cost advantages of relocation to the Government.
