Title: U.S. Government Seeks Lease Space in Brenham, TX. Project No. 3TX0381 Description: General Services Administration is interested in leasing office space in the range of approximately 6,808 to 7,489 Net Rentable Square Feet, which will produce approximately 5,920 to 6,512 Usable Square Feet for the Social Security Administration,(SSA). Forty open surface parking spaces are required on site. Existing buildings and new construction will be considered. Two (2) to Three (3) acre sites will be required for the purpose of building to suit. Unique Requirements: 1. SSA must have ready access to the subject space 24 hours, 7 days a week. The subject building must provide a well-maintained appearance, dignified and consistent with a professional image. 2. Space must be contiguous not separated by a public corridor and have telecommunication T-1 capability. 3. The parking is to be open surface parking and at no additional cost to the Government. The parking area is to provide a reasonable level of security to prevent crime to persons and Government property. 4. Proposed building entrance should be within 2 blocks or 600 feet of a public bus stop.
