The Wyoming Air National Guard (WYANG) will conduct a Strong Bonds (SB) Training Event August 26-28, 2016 in Loveland, Colorado (Larimer County). The SB Coordinator is seeking a FEMA registered facility to accommodate lodging, conference space and dining requirements to include catering for 13 personnel.

Please see the attached document for a detailed statement of work.

Budget hotels or extended stay weekly hotels will not be accepted. The goal of the event is to provide a relaxing family getaway for attending personnel. The hotel should provide a comfortable, pleasant resort type atmosphere.
