CITY OF GRESHAM WWTP OUTFALL DIFFUSER IMPROVEMENTS Proposals due 2:00 pm, December 21, 2021 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP NO. 22-18 The City of Gresham invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide engineering services based upon the scope of work contained in the Request for Proposal. The intent is to select one firm to provide services. Sealed Proposals, in writing, will be received by Rob Chapler, Engineer II, Department of Environmental Services, Gresham City Hall, 1333 NW Eastman Parkway, Gresham OR 97030, until Tuesday December 21, at 2:00 P.M. local time. Gresham City Hall is currently closed to the public. To hand deliver a proposal, knock on the front door or call (503) 661-3000. Facsimile or electronically transmitted proposals will not be accepted. Late proposals will be retained unopened.
