The work to be performed shall consist of furnishing all materials, tools, and equipment and performing all labor necessary for constructing the improvements as set forth in the Bid, as shown on the Drawings, and as Specified. The work generally consists of removing solids from the water treatment plant sludge lagoon, drying the material, and transporting it to a designated facility for disposal.
