The Project consists of the following major elements: Expansion of water filtration capacity to 12.0 mgd initially and 15.0 mgd in the future, including site improvements, construction of a 6300 sf building for membrane filtration, adjacent to the existing Operations Building, construction of a 690 sf building for electrical equipment, installation of membrane filtration equipment previously procured by the Owner, , plus furnishing and installing chemical feeding and storage improvements, laboratory and office improvements, HVAC, electrical power supply, lighting improvements, and new generator, as shown on the drawings and/or described in the Specifications
