Bid security in the form of money orders, bid bonds, certified checks or cashier's checks for the amount of 10% of the total bid is required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
