All prime contractors must hold a Citrus County School Board Certificate of Pre-qualification to bid on Citrus County School Board construction projects. Prime contractors must be pre-qualified by the Citrus County School Board prior to submitting a bid. Prime contractor’s bids must be within the bid limits specified on their pre-qualification certificate.
