The project will be completed in three phases. Phase 3 includes but is not limited to the following major elements: • Removal of two air handling units in the penthouse mechanical room serving the facility. • Installation of one new field-built air handling unit in the existing mechanical room. • Piping of the new units as detailed and in conformance to manufacturer requirements. • Electrical modifications as detailed. • Control system modifications as specified. • Complete building air balancing.
