Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Northwest, is seeking to identify companies with the capacity, experience and interest in competing for the West Sound Utilities Contract, in the state of Washington, at the following major installations, located in Kitsap, Jefferson, and Clallam Counties in Washington State:

•·         Naval Magazine Indian Island, Port Hadlock

•·         Outlying West Sound Locations
