WARM SPRINGS HOUSING AUTHORITY WS LIHTC #2 Bids due 12:00 pm, March 18, 2021 INVITATION TO BID The Warm Springs Housing Authority is inviting firms to submit sealed bids for the General Contract for Construction services for the WS LIHTC #2 project, located in Warm Springs, OR. The project consists of remodeling systems, finishes and thermal envelope in (14) duplex units and (4) single-family units with surrounding sitework and new construction of a 500-square-foot storage and laundry building. Remodeled area consists of 16,926 square-foot conditioned space in 2-bed home plans. A bedroom will be added to (4) units in garage, and (2) units have added bed & bath in garage. Sealed bids for General Contractor Construction Services for the Project will be received by Warm Springs Housing Authority until noon PST on March 18, 2021.
