This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested under Solicitation # AG-5A12-S-15-0005 - WRP Easement Restorations.  Work shall be performed in accordance with the services outlined in the Solicitation and the attachments (Construction Specifications, Construction Plans which are listed seperately by landower).  This acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses.  The North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 238910 and the size standard is $15.0 million.  Work will be begin as outlined in the solicitation.  Offerors may quote on one or up to all three projects.  A seperate Bid Schedule shall be submitted for each project.  Submit all requested information to:  Chanda Sow via e-mail, regular mail or fax.  All quotes must be received by the closing date/time regardless of the method of delivery.  The physical address, e-mail address and fax number are all contained within the solicitation.  Do not submit offers to the Illinois State or local offices.  All Contractors must provide their DUNS # and Taxpayer Identification # in Section B.  All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAMS) at www.sams.gov.  An offeror not registered in SAMS is ineligible for contract award.  All quotes are due by August 12, 2015 by 5:30 pm.
