The Work to be done consists primarily of clearing and grubbing/demolition, tree pruning, tree and shrub removal, rough and fine grading, installation of lodge pole fencing and iron gate, constructing Natracil Stabilized DG Walk, dry stream bed crossings, park furnishings, electrical service, landscape and irrigation for the approximately 6 acre site. Bids are required for the entire Work. Plans and specifications are posted on the City’s website at http://www.longbeach.gov/purchasing and available for free download; however, you must be registered (registration is free and may be accomplished at the same URL) and logged in to view or download the documents.
