The purpose of this requirement is to provide wrecked vehicles for use in the vehicle extraction training conducted by the 312 Training Squadron, Fire Protection Training Flight.  Vehicles shall be ordered by the government representatives appointed in writing by the Contracting Officer.  The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, transportation, labor, and supervision required to provide the vehicles.
