Description of Requirement:
FEMA requires a wrapping machine for its facility in Hawaii (ZIP Code: 96701). The wrapping machine should be a Lantech Q-400XT. Please include specs, price, and minimum standard delivery time schedule. Delivery must be within 45 days.
Brand Name Justification:
Funding off-island maintenance is cost prohibitive and does not provide the best value to the Government over the life of the item. Any vendor able to supply the requested name brand and model wrapping machine (Lantech Q-400XT) will be considered. An equivalent model of a different brand will only be considered if the vendor can show that reasonable access to on-island maintenance exists.
