Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. THE AIR FORCE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED BY INTERESTED PARTIES IN RESPONDING TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT.
The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, SC is seeking contractors who are capable of providing the services according to the following paragraph:
The Contractor shall furnish 6 (six) complete hard copy/printed sets of a World Encyclopedia, 2015 Edition for JB Charleston, SC. The encyclopedia set shall uniformly, at minimum, cover historical and current major knowledge & subject areas to include, but not limited to: science, technology, medical, religion, social activism, world events, and popular culture.

AT A MINIMUM, THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED:

(a) A positive statement of your intention to bid on this contract.
(b) Business Size, Duns, Cage Code, Tax ID, and Point of Contact.
(c) Capability Statement
All of the above information must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on availability of interested businesses. Failure to submit all information requested may result in a contractor not being considered as an interested vendor. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511130 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to visit this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective contractors must have a current and valid CAGE code and DUNS number in order to be eligible for award.
