• The contractor will develop and deliver a module, workshop, lecture, or segment covering the course goals.

• The instructor is expected to provoke analysis on the part of participants of U.S. cultural values, and resulting behaviors.

• The instructor will ensure that the class receives instruction appropriate to the diverse work experiences and backgrounds of class members.

• The instructor will be experienced at delivering training to audiences for whom English is not a first language and for whom U.S. culture is not the primary culture.

• The instructor must utilize an existing module, workshop, lecture, or segment design or create a module, workshop, lecture, or segment design.
