The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order Woodway USA Inc. , W229 N 591 Foster Ct, Waukesha, WI, 53186-1620 for the purchase of Woodway Curved Treadmills. Woodway is the proprietary vendor and sole distributor of this treadmill model, which is used by the Air Force Special Forces Training Squadron. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received by 14 Sep 2015, 1:00 am CST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
