The Board of Listers of the Town of Woodstock is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed reappraisal contractors to complete a reappraisal of the Woodstock Inn & Resort. The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the reappraisal and a thorough analysis of the real estate market conditions for this type of specialty property. The largest commercial entity, the Woodstock Inn and Resort, was last appraised by Hospitality Valuation Services (HVS) in 1998, 2004 and 2011. We are requesting a proposal to appraise the Woodstock Inn anew OR update the last Appraisal Report for The Woodstock Inn and Resort provided by HVS in 2011. Several renovations have been made over the years and employee housing has been added.
