The Work consists of reconstruction of an existing “T” intersection into a roundabout intersection configuration and includes 0.30 miles of improvements to Greenwood Road with a 170’ stub-out on the north leg of the intersection for connection to the Woodman Road Extension being constructed by another party and realignment of Winfrey Road to connect with the existing Old Greenwood Road including curb and gutter, sidewalks, drainage, stormwater management, lighting and relocation of a 16” waterline.
