REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - The City of Morgantown is seeking Professional Architectural and Engineering Services for the Woodburn Community Complex Renovation. The City of Morgantown requests statements of qualifications from architecture and engineering firms to provide professional services for design, bidding and Construction Administration and Construction Inspection services in connection with the Woodburn Community Complex Renovation. Interested firms are encouraged to attend a pre-submission walkthrough conference at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at the Woodburn Community Complex, located at 918 Fortney Street, Morgantown, WV 26505. Proposals must be received on or before 3:00 p.m., September 26, 2023 at the office of the City Manager, 430 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505.
