The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) intends to renew an agreement with Wolters Kluwer, for up to 12 months, for a subscription to Up To Date. This software provides clinical resources from multiple sources of evidence-based recommendations in the fields of diagnosis and treatment. A subscription to this software supports the Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) program run by DHS. DHS determined that Wolters Kluwer is the only vendor that provides a commercial, off the shelf software solution that is able to be integrated into the operating policy and procedures of DHS DCT.
