The Department of Labor, The Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) intends to award a sole source purchase order for one twelve month base period and four twelve month options to Wolters Kluwer for licenses to access PriceRX Pro, Lexi-comp Online, and Medi-Span Med-File V2. The purpose of these subscriptions is to obtain drug information, data analysis, and drug-pricing extracts so that OWCP can analyze pharmaceutical claims procThe Department of Labor, The Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) intends to award a sole source purchase order for one twelve month base period and four twelve month options to Wolters Kluwer for licenses to access PriceRX Pro, Lexi-comp Online, and Medi-Span Med-File V2. The purpose of these subscriptions is to obtain drug information, data analysis, and drug-pricing extracts so that OWCP can analyze pharmaceutical claims processed through the OWCP Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) system.

The resulting commercial contract will be a firm fixed price services. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. Information received will normally be considered solely for market research purposes. All interested sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency for future purposes.

This is not a request for competitive proposals and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
