The Wolfsonian–FIU is seeking an exhibition designer to undertake the process of designing an exhibition in approximately 3700 sq. ft., to open in November 2025. The exhibition will feature a collection of approximately 45 resonator guitars and related instruments, in conversation with 20–30 objects from our collection, including radios, decorative arts, and 2-d prints, photos, and posters. (We plan to slightly reduce the checklist after conferring with the chosen exhibition designer.) Please submit an itemized quote for services (see attached scope of work for more details). Designers may include graphic design in their quote, but this is not required. If included, please itemize. Quote should include all relevant travel costs. Please submit examples of past exhibition design projects, CV, and references.
