COLUMBIA RIVER ESTUARY STUDY TASKFORCEWOLF BAY RESTORATION PROJECT Proposals Due 4:00 pm, February 16, 2024 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSThe Columbia River Estuary Study Taskforce (CREST) solicits and invites the submission of proposals by companies with demonstrated skills and experience relating to railroad infrastructure, stream, and wetland habitat restoration for the Wolf Bay restoration project located in Clatsop County, Oregon. This is a prevailing wage contract and it meets all federal and state contracting guidelines.
