The District of Columbia National Guard (DCNG) United States Property Fiscal Office (USPFO) intends to award a sole source contract, pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5, to Guardian Centers Inc., located at 600 Perry Pkwy, Perry GA 31069 for extensive first responder training. The venues available at Guardian Centers provide both the environment and conditions needed to simulate actual incident sites which meet the training, exercise, and proficiency requirements of the response teams.
This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to award on a sole source basis for the required service. No quotes, bids or proposals are being solicited by the Government, nor will any be accepted for review.
