The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to procure transit subisdy (Metrocheks) for its employees on a sole source basis from the Washington Metroplolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), located at 600 5th Street NW, Washington DC 20001. The USPTO intends to award a contract for one base year and four option years. The acquisition will be made in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements).
