The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires the services of qualified Contractor(s) to provide a diverse range of General Construction services on elements within WMATA to include a broad variety of major and minor repair, modifications, rehabilitations, alterations, demolition, design and new projects throughout the entire WMATA system. This single solicitation will yield multiple awards of IDIQ contracts. Task Orders (TO) will be awarded through Invitations for Bids (IFB) or Requests for Proposals (RFP) to the selected contractors. Under the terms of the Task Order Contract, the Contractors will furnish all labor, materials, design, equipment, tools, supervision, project management, quality control, testing, transportation, safety, appurtenances, and other items necessary for repair/rehabilitation of WMATA¿s facilities and infrastructure, system-wide. Individual TOs will be issued on a competitive basis throughout the ordering period of this Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC).
