RECARO has extended a special offer for WMATA to proactively replace the seat belt buckles. In addition to the previous buckles supplied for evaluation, RECARO will ship another 50 buckles to WMATA free of charge. WMATA can purchase up to 850 new buckles (Part # 7226505E-0) at the Special pricing of $29.85 each. This pricing would be for direct WMATA purchases from RECARO and be locked for 180 days. Lead time for the buckle orders will be approximately 12-14 weeks.
